JOIN SHPA


Pharmacists, pharmacy students, interns and technicians

Membership commencing 1 July 2013: print and complete the Membership Application Form, scan and email to shpa@shpa.org.au or fax to 03 9486 0311. Membership applications can take up to 5 weeks to be approved.

Special offer for interns

This 18-month membership offer is for students commencing their internship early 2013.  It commences 1 January 2013 and is due for renewal in June 2014.
