Pride in pharmacy

A spotlight of diversity is shining on Sydney as World Pride 2023 invites the world to participate in a gathering and conversation, celebration and ceremony.

SHPA President Tom Simpson says the Society of Hospital Pharmacists of Australia is proud to celebrate pride in pharmacy.

‘Our members are progressive advocates for clinical excellence, committed to evidence-based practice and passionate about patient care.

‘As an organisation, SHPA is open and inclusive, fostering relationships based on respect, both within our teams and with all stakeholders.

‘We join Sydney World Pride in welcoming LGBTQIA+ people from across Australia and around the world, as we celebrate and elevate pride in pharmacy.’
