Specialty Practice Streams

In June 2017 Committees of Specialty Practice (COSPs) are replaced by 26 Specialty Practice Streams. Each stream comprises an Interest Group, the entry level to the stream; a Practice Group, for members with demonstrable experience in or committment to the specialty; and a Leadershp Committee, elected from the Practice Group and which will drive the activities of the stream.

These streams will support the growth of individual members as they develop expertise in a specialty and will develop and support SHPA activities including Standards of Practice, education and advocacy.
