Extension Seminar in Clinical Medication Management

This seminar will be delivered by a combination of self-paced learning and a live virtual seminar. It is designed to help you increase your sphere of influence, impact on patient care and extend your clinical practice across the patient care continuum.  A 6-week self-paced virtual learning package focusing on clinical practice fundamentals will be followed by an interactive live online event taking place across two days to consolidate learning.  Virtual case-based discussions of complex clinical scenarios and small group activities will be used to develop participant skills in problem solving to optimise medication management and resolve medication related problems. Unsure if this is the right level for you? To foster greater interactivity and connection between tutors, presenters and attendees in the virtual learning environment, places are limited.

The self-paced learning package will be available from Thursday 24 December 2020 to allow for adequate preparation time over the Christmas break. The live virtual component of this seminar will take place on Saturday 20 and Sunday 21 February 2021.
