Three rotations (2–6 weeks duration) to participating Grampians regional sites will occur throughout the year, focusing on further skill development in the delivery of clinical pharmacy services, attendance at multidisciplinary and committee meetings, drug distribution and provision of education to community groups. Tailored learning plans will be provided for each rotation.
